The Hotel is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Check-in is done at 1 p.m. and the room is vacated at 12 p.m. maximum.

Can I benefit from a late check-out / late departure?

We can arrange a late checkout based on our occupancy levels. Extra fees will be charged according to the times requested.

What languages ​​are spoken at the reception?

All of our staff speaks French and fluent English.

Are animals allowed in your establishment?

Although we greatly appreciate our furry friends, we do not admit them to the hotel.

Does the hotel have a restaurant?

No, apart from breakfast, we only serve drinks.

28 rooms spread over 2 buildings, both equipped with a lift.

Yes, all our rooms are air conditioned.

Are there non-smoking rooms?

The entire establishment is non-smoking, including the rooms.

What are the dimensions of the rooms?

The size of the room and the bathroom varies according to the room category:

Classic bedrooms: from 11 to 15 sqm.

Superior bedrooms: from 17 to 20 sqm.

Junior suite: 23 sqm2 with a terrace of 19 sqm.

Does the hotel have apartments or connecting rooms?

We do not have connecting rooms but we can allocate rooms on the same floor if you specify it when booking.

We are traveling with a child/children. Can we add an extra bed in our double room?

We can add 1 additional bed (maximum) for a child up to 14 years old only in Superior Double bedrooms, Twin bedrooms or in the Junior Suite on request only for  25 euros per night.

Do you have a baby cot?

Yes, available on request. Free of charge.

Can I request a specific room (number or color seen on the website)?

We will do our best to accommodate your request but we cannot guarantee that it would be possible as it depends on availability.

Are all rooms equipped with a safe?

Yes, there is a safe where you can store your items, it also holds a 15 ”laptop.

Do you have televisions in the bedrooms?

Yes Philips 43 ”4K TV with integrated mirroring and chromecast, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Youtube, and many more.

Do you have USB sockets in the bedrooms?


Do you have an iron in the rooms?

We don’t for security reasons, but we can give you access to a room equipped with an iron.

Do you have a romantic and peaceful bedroom? How can I book it?

Yes, we can reserve a superior room on the courtyard side depending on availability.   The rooms on the street side are also quiet because the street is very small.




What is the cancellation policy?

No charge cancellation 3 days prior to check-in, however 1 night will be charged (non-refundable) if the cancellation is made two days before arrival.

Is the room rate quoted per person or per room?

The price is per room and per night. It excludes breakfast and the tourist tax (transferred to the City of Paris).

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.

Do I need a credit card to book online?

Yes, a credit card is required to book online, by email or by phone.

Can I use a payment method other than a bank card?

Yes, by bank transfer before arrival, or by cash (in this case the bank card will be pre-authorized).

Yes, the site is protected to HTTPS standards.

Your card will be charged 3 days before arrival: a 1st night is debited by the hotel reception and is non-refundable.

You will receive a confirmation email with a reservation number.

Check if your email address is correct and your spam folder.

Do you provide an invoice?

We will give you the invoice upon departure.

Yes, the rate may vary between the initial reservation and the modified date.

Can I leave earlier than my checkout date?

We ask that you notify us of your early departure 24 hours in advance. After this time, penalty charge is the amount of one night.

How can I cancel or modify my reservation?

The cancellation and modification conditions are listed on your booking confirmation. Please do not hesitate to contact the hotel to clarify this point. You can however cancel or modify your reservation by clicking on the link provided for this purpose on your confirmation.



Does the hotel have an internet point and wifi access?

Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel. Codes will be given to you at reception upon arrival. For any request to print documents, or specific research, our teams are at your disposal. We also have a free desktop computer to connect to the internet.

What type of service does the hotel cafeteria offer? What are the breakfast hours?

Our breakfast buffet is served from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. in our vaulted stone room or in your room.

It includes a wide selection of hot drinks (tea, coffee or chocolate), orange juice, fruit salad, hard-boiled egg, ham, cheeses, bread, butter, jams, pastries, yogurts and cereals.

The price is 11 euros per person

Extra charge: Fried or scrambled eggs, ham or cheese eggs

Is it possible to leave luggage at the hotel before arrival or after departure?

Of course, we can keep your luggage in our secure room until you take possession of your room or the afternoon of your departure.

Can you book us a taxi from the airport?

What is the nearest airport? How long does it take to get to the airport? By what means of transport can we access the hotel from the airport?

We cannot book a taxi to pick you up from the airport, however, we can book a taxi or shuttle from the hotel upon your arrival.

By Taxi: Orly Airport is the closest, 30 minutes to Orly, 1 hour to Roissy Charles De Gaulle, depending on traffic.

Getting to the hotel from Roissy :

The best way to get to our hotel from C.D.G airport by train is :

To take the R.E.R (B) train and get off in “CHATELET LES HALLES” directly without changing.

In “CHATELET LES HALLES” you change to the metro n° 11 and you should get off in the next stop ” RAMBUTEAU“.

We are located behind the “POMPIDOU CENTER” in one block from the metro stop.

Sometimes it’s better to walk from ” CHATELET LES HALLES” 5-7 min to our hotel : “Châtelet” is a big stop and changing from RER to the metro is not so easy.


Getting to the hotel from Orly :

The best way to get to our hotel from Orly airport by train is :

Take the Orly Val directly to “Antony” and then switch to the R.E.R (B) train & get off in
Chatelet les halles“.

In “Chatelet les halles” change to the metro n° 11 and you should get off at the next stop

We are located behind the “Pompidou center” at one block from the metro stop.

Sometimes it’s better to walk from “Chatelet les Halles” 5-7 min to our hotel :
“Chatelet” is a big stop and changing from RER to the metro is not so easy.
