An exhibition-event dedicated to the sculptor Constantin Brancusi and presented at the Center Pompidou in Paris.
The Center Pompidou in Paris is offering a major exhibition dedicated to the sculptor Constantin Brancusi. Born in 1876 in Romania and died in 1957 in Paris, the artist is considered the inventor of modern sculpture. The exhibition explores the work and the world of the sculptor through a thematic tour and nearly 200 sculptures, supplemented by photographs, drawings, films and archive documents. At the heart of the exhibition, the public can discover a reconstruction of part of the sculptor’s workshop, bequeathed by the artist to the National Museum of Modern Art, and which was both a place of creation and life for Brancusi. An exhibition not to be missed, from March 27 to July 1, 2024.
