Die Rue Simon Lefranc existiert bereits seit dem Jahr 1000, w\u00e4hrend das Hotel auf das 18. Jahrhundert datiert. Das Marais-Viertel warfr\u00fcher ein Sumpfgebiet, das w\u00e4hrend des gesamten Mittelalters von religi\u00f6sen Orden bewohnt wurde. Im 17. Jahrhundert nach dem Bau des Place des Vosges entwickelte es sich zu einem Viertel, in dem der Pariser Adel lebte. Die herschaftlichen Stadth\u00e4user schossen aus dem Boden. Nachdem es im 20.
